The vAssure capability now gives you visibility to traffic flowing through conventional GigE copper network links. What makes this possible, overcoming the problems associated with monitoring this medium are: hyper-fast switchover (typically 30-60ms) if a fault occurs - the switchover registers as noise and doesn't trigger a spanning tree delay. Therefore, you need not worry about the monitor tool infrastructure either bringing down the network or introducing more problems into the network than were there previously.
vAssure overcomes the issue of not monitoring the traffic flowing across GigE links. Therefore visibility can now extend across all parts of the backhaul network and all connections between network elements. As well, failsafe monitoring and inline dilemmas are solved.
